Feel safe, and protected under the weighted blanket, whilst allowing the heated eye mask and heated bed beneath you to sooth your senses and bring calm to your very being. Claire will begin with a relaxing head massage to help you shut off and unwind, allowing your thoughts to be left behind whilst sinking into a deeply relaxed state, before she moves on to your hands and wrists, using gentle massage techniques to ease and promote further relaxation, and then finally a soothing, slow foot massage to finish the treatment.
